What the app is

The Seen Markets mobile app (iOS and Android) lets hosts and vendors manage everything from their phone. Same account as the website — sign in once, switch between your host (organization) and vendor (your business) context as needed.

Who it’s for

  • Hosts: Create events, add recurring dates, message vendors directly, view and share markets, and access the getting started checklist. Detailed setup (booth map design, application form editing, vendor table) is easier on seenmarkets.com.
  • Vendors: See markets you’ve applied to, explore new markets, apply to more dates, choose booths, edit your profile, message hosts, track payments, access the loyalty program, and order booth supplies.

If you’re a host

  • Create and duplicate events — Add a market or add another date (copies vendors, booth map, application form). Each date is its own event.
  • Getting started checklist — Step-by-step: set up payments (Stripe), then add your first event. Walkthrough explains why and how.
  • How do I…? — Tap the orange pill in the header for direct links to guides.
  • Share — Application form link, market page, Digital Market Guide with downloadable QR code.
  • Direct messages — DM individual vendors from the vendor list on a market.
  • Schedule page — Copy and share your public schedule link (lists all your upcoming events).
  • Pro plan — First event is free. Pro (unlimited events) via Apple, Google Play, or Stripe on the web.

If you’re a vendor

  • Your markets — Every event you’ve applied to with status (pending, approved, waitlisted, denied).
  • Pending payments — See outstanding payment requests and pay directly.
  • Choose your booth — When the host enables booth self-selection, pick your booth from the map.
  • Apply to more dates — For recurring markets, apply to additional dates with prefilled info.
  • Explore and find markets — Browse markets from hosts you know, or search by name/location/state/near me.
  • Direct messages — Message the host of any market you’ve applied to.
  • Loyalty program — Track progress toward rewards from hosts you’ve participated with.
  • Booth Design — Get AI feedback on your booth photo and order supplies.
  • Edit profile — Business name, logo, description, contact, social links, payment methods.

How to get the app

Download from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). Sign in with the same email you use at seenmarkets.com. Host and vendor are two contexts of the same account — switch between them from the profile icon. The app’s How do I…? menu links to these guides. Hosts and vendors each see their own set.
