Three things you can share

Every market has three shareable links. Each serves a different purpose.

1. Application form

Who it’s for: Potential vendors. What it is: The direct link vendors use to apply to your event. URL format: https://seenmarkets.com/markets/[your-market-id]/apply Where to get it:
  • Web: Market management page → Application Form section → copy the link.
  • App: Open the market → Share → Application Form.
Share this link via email, social media, your website, or anywhere vendors will see it.

2. Market page

Who it’s for: Everyone — vendors, shoppers, sponsors. What it is: A public marketing page with your market name, dates, location, vendor list, and a link to the application form. Where to get it:
  • Web: Market management page → copy the market page link.
  • App: Open the market → Share → Market Page.
Post this on social media, your website, or send to anyone who wants to learn about your event.

3. Digital Market Guide + QR code

Who it’s for: Shoppers at the market. What it is: An interactive page with your booth map, vendor directory, giveaways, and community signup. URL format: https://seenmarkets.com/hub/[your-market-id] Where to get it:
  • Web: Market management page → Digital Market Guide card → Download QR Code or copy the link.
  • App: Open the market → Share → Digital Market Guide. Download or share the QR code.
How to use the QR code:
  • Print it on signage and display at market entrances.
  • Order professional signs through the Print Shop.
  • Include in flyers, social posts, or emails before the event.
  • Display at vendor booths.

Your schedule page

Your organization also has a public schedule page showing all upcoming events. Where to get it: In the mobile app, go to the Schedule tab and copy the schedule page URL. On the web, the URL is: https://seenmarkets.com/market-schedule/[your-team-id]/[your-team-name] Share this so vendors and shoppers can see your full calendar and apply to any event.
