If you’re already a vendor

You don’t need a new account. Your Seen Markets account can be both a vendor and a host — they’re two contexts on the same login.

Go to seenmarkets.com

Sign in at seenmarkets.com with the same email you use as a vendor. Or open the mobile app.

Open your account switcher

Web: Click your profile/account menu in the top navigation. You’ll see your vendor account listed.App: Tap the profile icon in the header. You’ll see your Vendor account and any host organizations.

Create an organization

Web: Go to seenmarkets.com/create-organization or look for an option to create a new organization from your account menu.App: If you don’t have a host organization yet, the app will prompt you to create one. Enter your organization name (e.g. “Downtown Farmers Market” or your business name).

Switch to your host account

Once your organization is created, switch to it from the account menu. You’ll see the host dashboard with your markets, settings, and management tools.

Pricing

Your first event is free. To create unlimited events, upgrade to Pro — subscribe via Apple (App Store), Google Play, or Stripe on the web. Your vendor features stay free regardless.

Switching between host and vendor

After you have both a vendor profile and a host organization:
  • Web: Use the account menu to switch between your vendor dashboard and host dashboard.
  • App: Tap the profile icon → select your Vendor account or your host organization. The app tabs and content change based on your selection.
You can switch back and forth at any time. Your vendor applications, profile, and payment history are separate from your host markets and settings.

If you’re brand new

If you don’t have any Seen Markets account yet:
  1. Go to seenmarkets.com/signup or download the mobile app.
  2. Create an account (email/password, Google, or Apple).
  3. Choose “I’m an event organizer” when prompted.
  4. Create your organization and you’re ready to create your first market.

If you’re a host and want to become a vendor too

The same account works in both directions. If you’re currently a host and want to apply to other people’s markets as a vendor:
  1. Web: Go to your account settings and create a vendor profile, or simply apply to a market using an application form link — your vendor profile is created during application.
  2. App: Tap the profile icon → if you don’t see a Vendor account, the app will prompt you to create a vendor profile (business name, contact, etc.).
Once your vendor profile exists, you can switch between host and vendor from the account menu.
