When you can choose

Booth self-selection is only available when:
  1. The host has enabled it for the market.
  2. You are approved (pending/waitlisted vendors can’t select).
If the host doesn’t enable self-selection, they assign your booth manually and you’ll see the assignment in your market details.

How to pick your booth

Open the market

App: Go to the Schedule tab → tap the market. You’ll see a Choose booth button. Web: Go to your vendor dashboard → open the market.

View the booth map

The interactive map shows all booths:
  • Available — open for you to select.
  • Reserved — someone else is holding it (time-limited).
  • Taken — already assigned.

Select a booth

Tap the booth you want.
  • Free booth: Confirm your selection. The booth is assigned immediately.
  • Paid booth: You go to Stripe checkout. The booth is reserved with a time-limited hold while you pay. Complete checkout to confirm.

Time-limited holds

When you select a paid booth, it’s held for you for a limited time (set by the host). If you don’t complete checkout before the hold expires, the booth becomes available again. So don’t wait too long after selecting.

Adding another booth

Some hosts allow vendors to have multiple booths. If so, you’ll see an Add another booth option after your first selection.

Tips

  • Pick your booth as soon as it opens — popular spots go fast.
  • Check the booth map before selecting to see where entrances, exits, and other vendors are.
  • If you need a specific spot (corner, near power, etc.), message the host to ask before selecting.
